In the event of a hidden defect recognised on a product sold by Indigo SAS, the customer will have the choice of returning the product and receiving a refund of the price and costs incurred by the sale or keeping the product and receiving a refund of part of the price.
In all cases, it is up to the Customer to prove that he/she meets the conditions of the guarantee.
